Hmmmm, ok, I may be way off, but is this related to that takeoff of the Nirvana song you used to make fun of years ago? Hey, Wayne, I've got a real complaint!
Nope, it's much more juvenille than that. Maybe I should have written "Hey Garth..." instead, or "We're not worthy!"
